Professional Background
Victoria brings over 20 years of experience as a healthcare professional, having worked as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist in private practices across the UK and UAE. Throughout her career, Victoria has been deeply committed to motivating patients towards healthier lifestyle habits to optimise not only their oral health but also their overall wellbeing.
Victoria recognised early on that, to truly serve others at the highest level, she wanted to embody the same balance and vitality she hoped to inspire in her clients. Yoga quickly became a foundational pillar in Victoria’s personal development, helping her to cultivate resilience, balance, and a deep connection between mind and body.
Inspired by the transformative power of yoga and breathwork in her own life, Victoria trained to become a certified Yoga Instructor (Yoga Alliance Registered, ID 19288) and a certified Functional Breathing coach with Oxygen Advantage.
For the past five years, Victoria has worked with clients through breath-led movement sessions designed to help them reconnect with their bodies, restore functional movement, and experience greater ease and vitality. Victoria brings a compassionate, holistic, and evidence-informed approach to every session. She is passionate about empowering individuals to function at their best, and is dedicated to supporting each person on their journey toward lasting health and balance.
Our Functional Breathwork approach
At Myo & Me, we create a supportive environment where Myofunctional Therapy and Functional Breathwork act in partnership, complemented by gentle functional movement for natural, sustainable wellbeing.
Through our adult Functional Breathwork sessions, Victoria offers a calm, focused space to restore connection with the body, improve breathing patterns and support daily movement. Each session is designed to integrate breath awareness and physical ease into everyday life, promoting resilience, clarity, and long-term health.
In our Functional Breathwork sessions for children, Victoria focuses on making the sessions lively and interactive, bringing breathwork and movement to life in a playful way. She is passionate about helping children build healthy habits early to support their growth, development, and emotional wellbeing.
A key part of the Myo & Me approach is our collaborative care model with Jenny, our Myofunctional Therapy Practitioner. While we work alongside each other, we offer an integrated pathway for patients, addressing breathing dysfunctions and overall wellbeing. This collaboration ensures clients—whether child or adult—receive connected support that maximises long-term results.
